- Execute reconstruction projects according to the scope of work as defined by Lightspeed Restoration and the customer.
- Perform demolition work while ensuring structural integrity is maintained.
- Install or repair framing, drywall, doors, windows, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Apply finishes such as painting, trim installation, and tile work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot on-site problems and suggest practical solutions.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.
- Help protect customer property using plastic, drop cloths, and other materials to avoid damaging carpet, hardwood or furniture.
- Keep company tools clean and organized
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with supply restocking
- Occasionally assist the mitigation team with demolition or site prep tasks
- 6+ months of construction, remodeling, or general labor experience
- Interest in restoration and property repair work
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic job site safety
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Experience working in customers’ homes or service roles
- Familiarity with Contra Costa County
- Long-term interest in moving up to Lead Tech or Supervisor roles

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some experience in trades, construction, or manual labor is a plus

- Able to follow basic instructions and ask questions when unsure
Licenses and Certificates
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
